Thakkers Group Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir/ Madam, This is to inform you that pursuant Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at the registered office of the Company to inter alia to consider, approve and to take on record of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026. Further, in view of the ensuing Board Meeting, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has already been closed for all Directors/ KMPs/Designated Employees/ Connected Person of the Company from July 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026 (both days inclusive) in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders.
