Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations") read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 ('SEBI Circulars'), we wish to inform that an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting ('EGM'), of the Company was held today i.e. Friday, August 21, 2026 commenced at 11:30 a.m. and concluded at 11:38 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Video Means (OAVM) facility. Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the details of the proceedings of the EGM, are enclosed as Annexure-A.
